1. Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 14 days and are subject to metal price movement. An order is confirmed once a deposit is received and we have acknowledged it in writing.
2. Payment
Standard terms are a 50% deposit with the balance due before dispatch or on collection. We accept mobile money, bank transfer and cash. Prices are in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and may change without notice until a quote is issued.
3. Lead times
Lead times quoted are estimates in good faith. Raw material supply, power availability and production scheduling may affect delivery; we will keep you informed of any delay.
4. Product variation
Minor variation in polish, finish, weight and dimensions is normal in manufactured metalware and is not a defect.
5. Delivery & risk
Risk passes to the customer on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods on arrival and sign the delivery note accordingly.
6. Warranty, damage & returns
We warrant our pots against manufacturing defects, including handle rivet failure under normal use, for 12 months. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photographs. Custom and branded items are non-returnable unless faulty.
7. Safe use & liability
Metal cookware and its handles become hot during use; always use protective cloths or gloves. Never leave an empty pot on a live flame. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, overheating, dropping, or use contrary to our care guidance.
8. Staff portal access
Portal accounts are issued to authorised personnel only. Credentials must not be shared, and all activity is logged. Misuse may result in disciplinary action and withdrawal of access.
9. Intellectual property
All site content, designs and photographs belong to BimaluZambia and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
