Frequently Asked Questions
Everything people ask us before they buy. Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp.
What metal are your pots made from?
Two main ranges: heavy cast aluminium for traditional cooking pots, and food-grade 18/8 (304) stainless steel for stockpots and tableware-grade items. We also press galvanised steel houseware.
Can the pots be used on charcoal, gas and electric?
Yes. All our pots work on charcoal braziers, gas and electric coil stoves. Stainless steel models with a capsuled base also work on induction.
Are the handles welded or riveted?
Riveted, always. Rivets outlast spot welds under heat and heavy loads, and every handle is pull-tested before the pot is boxed.
Will aluminium pots react with food?
Our cast aluminium is food-grade and the interiors are smooth-polished. For very acidic cooking over long periods we recommend our stainless steel or non-stick range.
Do you deliver outside Lusaka?
We deliver to all ten provinces through trusted transporters. Delivery is quoted by weight, volume and destination.
What is your minimum order for wholesale?
20 units, and you may mix sizes. Bigger tiers unlock better pricing, as shown on the wholesale page.
Can you stamp my logo on the pots?
Yes, on orders of 100 units or more. We stamp, emboss or laser-etch depending on the product and finish.
Do you supply institutions and tenders?
Yes. We regularly supply schools, mines, churches, lodges and NGOs with 60L to 150L catering pots and can provide tender documentation on request.
How do I care for the pots?
Wash with warm soapy water and a soft scourer. Avoid harsh steel wool on polished stainless and never use metal utensils on non-stick surfaces.
What if a pot arrives damaged?
Report it within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it on the next dispatch. See our terms for full details.
