Our Story
A Lusaka factory, a spinning lathe, and a belief that Zambian-made cookware can beat anything imported.
Built on metal and discipline
BimaluZambia started with one furnace, one lathe and a small team on the edge of Lusaka. The idea was simple: make metal pots strong enough that families stop replacing them every year.
Today our plant turns out tens of thousands of pots annually for households, caterers, schools, mines, lodges and retailers across the country — while training Zambian metalworkers in casting, spinning and finishing.

What we stand for
Our Mission
To put durable, honestly-made Zambian cookware in every kitchen at a price families can actually afford.
Our Vision
To be the most trusted cookware manufacturer in Southern Africa — exporting Zambian metalwork, not just importing other people's.
Our Values
Correct gauge, fair pay, safe workshops and no shortcuts on quality.
How a Bimalu pot is made
Four stages, every pot, every time.
Melt & Cast
Aluminium is melted and poured, or steel sheet is cut to the correct gauge.
Spin & Press
The body is spun or pressed into shape on the lathe, then the rim is trimmed and curled.
Rivet & Assemble
Handles and lugs are riveted and pull-tested. Lids are matched to each body.
Polish & Inspect
Buffed to finish, checked for leaks and burrs, then boxed.
