BimaluZambia ("we", "us") is a metal cookware manufacturer based at Plot 24, Chalala Industrial Area, Lusaka, Zambia. You can reach us at sales@bimaluzambia.com.
2. What we collect
When you use our contact or quote forms we collect your name, email, phone number, company or institution name (if given) and the details of your enquiry. Our host may also log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
3. Staff portal data
Authorised staff accounts store a username, role, hashed password and sign-in activity logs. These records exist solely to secure and operate the business and are never shared externally.
4. Why we collect it

- To process, manufacture and deliver orders
- To keep basic business and accounting records
- To secure and audit access to our systems
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with transporters and payment providers to fulfil your order, or where required by Zambian law.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months; transaction and access-log records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and security purposes.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@bimaluzambia.com and we will respond within 30 days.
